Simple and Safe
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on any opened or used skincare products.
Unopened Products
- Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@kook-off.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
- We’ll replace the item or issue a refund.
Used Products
Due to the nature of skincare, opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Final Sale
All sale items, promotional items, and gift cards are final sale.
